What is the cost for your services?

• Therapy sessions: $125 (50 min sessions) 
 • Insurances that I accept: 
    • Aetna
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas
    • Bright Health
    • Cigna 
    • Friday
    • Optum
    • United Health Care

If you don't have any of these insurances, I do have limited availability for sliding scale spots. Please reach out for additional details.

Do you offer in-person services?

Accepted Answer

At this time, no. A Glo of Hope is currently only telehealth sessions, which means I can be with you anywhere for your comfort. When I do begin taking in-person clients, you will be able to choose which service best fits you.

Question 3

How long do I need to be in therapy?

Accepted Answer

The length of therapy varies depending on your therapeutic goals. Some clients may begin feeling relief from their symptoms within 4-6 weeks, others may need 6 months to a year. It really depends on the things you're looking to work on and the work you do outside of the therapeutic room. In our sessions together, I will do frequent check-ins to assess progress, during this time we can also discuss termination.

Therapy isn't just for negative experiences, you can also attend therapy for:
